The Four Seasons Hatch complete with 50mm internal frame. This item features 161 square centimetres of fixed ventilation - even when closed. This roof hatch complies with gas codes, and is totally waterproof during rain, with flaps in 'open' rain position. Four independently adjusted, flyscreened flaps secure breeze from any direction. Screens are easily removed for cleaning. The assembly is ready for installation into a 660mm x 660mm aperture.

Also vailable as an optional extras are 75mm internal frame and the choice of either a single or double glazed skylight in cream or white POA.
